To understand RRP, please use “Google lens” or search it up online, RRP will be the definitive method for out team to understand product value if something were to happen to it. We recommend to price rentals around 1 / 10 of the original price, per day (eg. if a shirt is £100 we would suggest to price it at £10 p/d).
More factors to take into consideration when pricing a rental: cleaning and minor repairs.
We allow Luxury, High-End Fashion, Hand-made products (eg. artisanal) and Vintage Fashion on our marketplace.
We do not allow Fast fashion or low-quality items, Lingerie, swimwear (for hygiene reasons), Beauty products (makeup, skincare), heavily damaged, counterfeit and unverified designer pieces. We strongly recommend to upload listing with the following: Images of the item being worn by yourself, friends, family and anyone else who has given written consent. Photo's from various angles, close-ups to show any details/imperfections, and images of care label and branding label.
We recommend avoiding the following: Images saved from retail websites or taken online without permission, creased or laid flat product’s images, alterated images and low resolution (pixelated) images.
Images and description should reflect the product itself in terms of condition, if the renter receives a product with visible marks or damage on the garment they should reach out to you within 12 hours of receipt. The renter has the responsibility to return the product in the same state they have received it, if they fail to do so they may be subject to extra fees from you to cover cleaning/repairing costs.
After the rental period has concluded, as a lender you should clean the product following care labels, this is to retain garment structure and quality for as long as possible.
